How to deal with big changes in your life

Change...what an exciting, scary, stressful word for us to hear! What do you think of, or what picture comes to mind of an experience that you have had dealing with change? Everybody face change differently. Some people "dive in" head first and go with change, and others run from "the edge" and fight change with everything they've got! You know those people, right?! When we face big changes like; getting married, buying a house, starting a new job, and having children when can easily let stress, worry, and anxiety take hold. In fact, any one of these things is on a list of the top things that cause stress to a person! Try adding a few, or even all of them together, and you have some pretty stressful things to face try to deal with. This can be very overwhelming, and you may even be that person that wants to run from the change and fight it all the way.


Having someone to talk to about what is going on in your life can help you sort out the big changes that you are facing.
