10 ways to destress after a long work week

  1. Go for a walk: Take your significant other, a dog, or a child and go for a walk together. Remember why you work so hard all week, and who that is for.

  2. Ride a bike

  3. Try Yoga: Maybe on the beach!

  4. Learn a new hobby or skill: Try knitting or crochet, learn a new skill like cooking or sewing.

  5. Play a game

  6. Meet a friend for coffee

  7. See a Movie: (You can rent at home too)

  8. Take a bubble bath

  9. Swim in the ocean/pool: (Not a lake in Florida)

  10. Visit a museum or art gallery
